This bridge pickup sounds fatter and less harsh than conventional single coils.... 2

@mikec34546 months ago Both of these colours are amazing… can’t say I’ve listened to much of Cory Wong’s music, but I’m going to dive into it. I usually don’t like “push-push” buttons but this one seems super clever because who doesn’t like position 4?!
This one is on my radar now - I would change the pickguard to a mint green though. ... 1

@pepmasters-9999 months ago Love the daphne blue, and the seafoam green is nice. Carved, shrunken body is appealing. Not so sure about satin finish on body and double string tree. Description of the neck sounds good and I liked the tones. Overall, it's an appealing package. It isn't cheap, but it's broadly in line with an ultra, which is fair enough. ... 1

@dianaford70579 months ago So is the neck a standard length or is it just the body that's a bit smaller? Does a darker neck sound different than maple? I like the look of maple better. 1

The problem I'm having is I've been really leaning towards picking up a vintage 2 and now these are making me think the vintage isn't worth the same price as these. But the smaller body might be a con for me. But they sound amazing! Ahhhhh dang you fender! I can't decide!!! ...

@joeblankenship3778 months ago Seeing as how Cory Wong is getting young people excited about funk music, I think it's a shame that he went with the $2500 USA signature model. Should've gone with a Squier version. Those Cory Wong Strats will sit in guitar shops and collect dust just like most high-priced signature models do. ...
