@TenaciousJoe246 years ago I actually liked Malcolm, but sad how his and Jessica's relationship ended 105

@genises2006 years ago I know a LOT OF PEOPLE felt season 2 was lacking a Villain. In my Opinion I thought it was GREAT! it's like "What makes a person a Vilian" showing the mom as one but given a different perspective we saw things differently in the end. Show conflict with one's self and that is rarely shown DONE RIGHT! season 2 holds a personal favorite ... 202

@stingrey15716 years ago also the doctor in the hospital said trish had 9 nine lives.
then she was able to shoot alisa in the head, on a moving ferris wheel, at night night, with a handgun. that takes superior vision hand eye coordination to get that shot off. ...

@lightups1d6 years ago You guys should have mentioned (The Raft) That was featured in Captain America: Civil War (2016) 30

@squatch15656 years ago “A well-hidden poster of Stan Lee?” Guys, his face was on the back of a bus. Angled or not, it is still very noticeable. 35
  • @
@androsthewarriorhighalpha6 years ago Trish killed Jessica's mother.. Jessica is not going to look at trish the same again.. 25
  • @
@Phanthief956 years ago Fun fact: the guy who played Whizzer was also the voice of Lester in Grand Theft Auto 5. 8
  • @
@Hartinmouston51586 years ago By the end of season 2 I did not like the Trish Walker character at all. In fact kind of despise her going into season 3. Is that weird? 61
  • @
@Phanthief956 years ago You guys missed the Spider-Man easter egg that Whizzer makes in the second episode: “With great power comes great mental illness”.
A reference to Spider-Man’s most iconic motto.

@Op_Gator6 years ago Hell yeah, I'm excited to see Hellcat, despite my little knowledge of her. 8
  • @
    @codybk916 years ago Jess isn't Trish's step-sister, she's her adoptive sister.... 6

@jordiish57876 years ago loved malcolms arc, trish's not so much 4
  • @
@jmrggrmj93306 years ago I knew the whizzer was some one from the comic books, I just couldn't really recall him completely, the magazine thing totally missed that. I loved this season and I'm really excited about the introduction of Hellcat. ...

    @terenceheesch83516 years ago bring on Hellcat...and then...bring on her husband...Daimon Hellstrom...aka...Son of Satan... 7

@MrReed3146 years ago I Love This Show!!!
    👏👏👏👍👍👍
The writing, directing, and cinematography are awesome...A story line of a gifted individual, desperately searching for love and meaning in her lonely and dark life...So much of the old Sam Spade-ish P.I.of the 50's...And Krysten totally knocks it out of the "f**king" park...
And Rachel as Patsy is terrific as Jessica's step-sister, a brilliant balance of light and stability for Jessica...
    Massive Kudos...

@GOGIANTS10916 years ago Loved the rock band t-shirts Mallus was wearing the entire season
  • @
@electric75086 years ago Putting Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) in Jessica Jones season 3 would make a whole lot of sense. Sooner or later, Jessica is going to need a lawyer to challenge Jeri Hogarth. Of course Matt Murdock Isn't available. Not to mention she's also Trish Walker's (Hellcat) best friend, since her and Jessica's friendship more likely came to a halt. That would be a perfect idea. ...

@bmvthemoviefanatic72826 years ago That Secret Invasion reference was cool. Didn't realise what that was when watching.
  • @
@peterparkerspizzaface64316 years ago The only problem with season 2 is that there was not enough pizza time 4

  • @
@ptong2266 years ago i really enjoyed S2. i think we all know that Trish is going to be back in S3 with ''Powers''
  • @
@Ellisy517736 years ago You forgot The Whizzer had a cameo and was voiced by Stan Lee in the late 90's Spiderman cartoon series.

    @paulchanda49276 years ago WATCHMOJO!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
  • @
@s.souless35116 years ago I think the lizard people thing is more of a reference to actual conspiracies of lizard people. 6
  • @
@vhsboy4046 years ago and what about JJ saying to her mother the classic 'with great power comes great responsibility' line? Or the painter's son asking JJ again if she has spider sense?? Cmon guys...
  • @
    @markiavelli16 years ago I always loved Marvel's double entendre's . F'rinstance , Dr. Malus ( malice ) .
  • @
@Volvagia19276 years ago Season 2: Thematic ideas are there but the only real spectacle moments are the Whizzer chase in episode 1 and the Highway Crash in Episode 13. That doesn't necessarily mean action, considering Kilgrave was where all of S1's spectacle came from, but it does mean that S2 had lost something compared to S1. Let's just say I was hoping that Janet McTeer was Joanne Tumulo and Leah Gibson was Greer Grant-Nelson and leave it at that. As for the Jessica's Mom plot? There's actually so little to it that an actually well structured TV show could probably burn it off in 1 episode, not 13. ...
  • @
@Fistakuffz6 years ago I'm just curious but was that a Hydra logo on the doctors mug? Don't ask me the episode, all I remember is that in a flashback he takes a drink from his coffee mug and there is an octopus on it.
  • @
@JonnySuite136 years ago Now I gotta rewatch season 2 to catch all these things.
  • @
@estela0076 years ago I think the number 8 is more a easter egg for captain marvel, since captain marvel movie involves skrulls
  • @
@gabrielayele58936 years ago Jeri also name drops Rand in the latter half of the season as well 4
  • @
@JuiceCity136 years ago The Jay-Z reference has nothing to do with Skrulls. It's from a popular conspiracy theory 1
  • @
@IsrarulHaque24x76 years ago Another reference thats not mentioned here : when Jessica came to know about the Octopus aquarium, and then the scene transitioning to Dr. Karl and his coffee mug with the Octopus Symbol....we should not forgot that HYDRA also have a Octopus-like symbol( but with a skull head, but in this context we should note the reference to Octopus as HYDRA symbol in Agents of SHIELD S3, Ep 8.) So was Dr. Karl somehow associated with HYDRA, or does his treatment methods are related to inhuman experiments? ...

@hjames786 years ago The hellcat thing is all but guaranteed
  • @
@23RedTechno6 years ago I wonder if Hedy Wolfe will shows up in JJ season 3 ? 2
  • @
@newageBoundhippie6 years ago Trish & Jessica are foster sisters, not step sisters. Also, bring on season 3! Can't wait to see what the MCU Hellcat suit looks like
  • @
@the_fastest_man_alive98446 years ago What about the nod to 'The Raft' the prison in Captain America Civil War
  • @
@TheFikri1366 years ago Where is "The Raft"? Does anybody know it? Jessica mentioned it. The Raft is the high security prison where Hawkeye, Ant-Man, Falcon, and Wanda were held there in Captain America: Civil War.
  • @
@WallEWorld6 years ago Why do these channels always assume we miss these references? Ok sure I miss the references, easter eggs, etc. but that should not give you the right to assume I didn't NOTICE THEM. Even though I clearly missed every single one you mentioned. ... 42
  • @
@SmolKein6 years ago We already know that the Skrull will be in Captain Marvel. No secret project there.

@sicksixgamer26946 years ago Have you guys ever done a MTV Celebrity Death Match top 10? It needs to happen if not. If so, someone link me to it!
  • @
@adjam19916 years ago Does WatchMojo not realise that a lot of people who watch these shows are fans of Marvel Comics and have heard of Hellcat, the Whizzer and the Ringmaster? Why do they think they are the only people who spot these things?
  • @
@jerzcnate6 years ago Question will Jessica and Luke get back together in S3 for both shows 1
  • @
@thek8386 years ago How could anyone of the missed the first one it shouldn't even be on this list cause no one never not noticed it
  • @
@oliviawilliams62046 years ago Pretty sure 8 was a reference to the reptilians conspiracy theory
  • @
@TheGreg72916 years ago nice spoiler before the spoiler warning
  • @
@andyallom43576 years ago The main issue I have with the show is when they choose not to use a stunt double when Jessica is running. Ms Ritter cannot run. Mind her mother was even worse.
Not up to S1 but certainly a different take having the origin story ad its main arc.

@sammylane216 years ago I thought Jones mom was played by Laurie Metcalf?? 1

@onelusciouslad78415 years ago Aaaaand then all the Marvel Netflix shows just kinda died.. for no reason, probably because not many people were watching them but damn it I wanna know what happens next!

  • @
@iK1L73rV26 years ago Honestly this season felt more about trish than jessica
  • @
@M613M6 years ago Aghh so many people think that #8 is a Skrull reference. It isn't, its a reference to all the nutjobs out there that genuinely believe the whole lizard conspiracy.
  • @
@SmolKein6 years ago You didn't mention the Spider-Man references.
  • @
@stuffedwithmuffins6426 years ago Who else got the ad from the pewdiepie video?

@YoshMonsterGaming6 years ago Wow good info. Now make a dragon ball video and let us laugh lol.
  • @
@ltdowding60866 years ago I really disliked Season 2. Season 2 felt like it didn't have a good point to make, so it just filled the hole with stretched characterization and unnecessary subplots.
  • @
@TheALV196 years ago Felt weird that Jessica never mentioned anyone in the defenders or even ask Luke cage for help. Overall this season felt boring and I feel like Jessica already tread her mental turmoils and redoing that this season has made it boring ...
  • @
@drzmvp10296 years ago so what watchmojo does is watch every easter egg video that came out the weekend Jessica Jones S2 came out and copy it in their own order. shame
  • @
@Avenging_Archer6 years ago You know media has agendas when they call Iron Fist bad but HAIL this unventful, boring, doesnt-realize-its-a-superhero-show waste of a season. Easily the worst season of any Marvel Netflix show so far. I love the character and watched it in a couple of days but MAN, was I counting down the episodes expecting for something to actually happen. ...
  • @
@bunyan4.206 years ago for The Whizzer they even use as another easter egg was him having a pet mongoose like how he got his powers
  • @
@amuniza6 years ago season 2 is a shitty season. worst season after iron fist season 1.
  • @
@Quick_silver0076 years ago I won’t be surprise if Trish is a descendant of King Joffrey.
  • @
@lenawillems16626 years ago Owe every murder eliminate comprehensive complex add ethical contest me radio.
  • @
@KalilIllinois6 years ago It was kind of a crap season, I think most can agree
  • @
@Phlfwlr6 years ago JJ Season 2 was probably the worst season I’ve watched in any show in awhile. It was incredibly boring and there was not even a villain.
  • @
@Bmhtsos186 years ago Killgrave in the comics has a healing factor so he could easily be brought back and be the villain is season 2 but noooo he is reduced to a cameo in the second to last episode of the season. What a waste of character and actor. Why should we find out that Jessica's mother survived the accident and ended up with superpowers too? A better plot for the second season would be that the scientist who gave Jessica and her mother powers could instead resurrect Killgrave by giving him a healing factor like the comics and have him be the villain once again. ...
  • @
@newthrash12216 years ago Season 2 is hella trash. Still haven’t even managed to get passed episode 5 because the episodes feel like work to get through; Unlikeable characters, no villain, bad dialogue, subpar fight scenes, etc. 4
  • @
@victorvondeathstroke76826 years ago Oh look at that! A video no one cares about 2
