today, I am sharing another what i eat in a day video - full day of eating, easy and healthy indian meal ideas for weight loss. The idea of sharing this video is to give you tips on meal planning through out the day. I personally do not use refined sugar and also prefer to have my evening tea without refined sugar or any sweetener. I also do not have any caffeine in the morning and prefer to start my day with a fresh or dry fruit. The oats roti which I used to make breakfast is one of my favourite these days as I am kinda little bored with porridge and I found this roti to be very versatile to have with Indian side dishes. The link to the oats roti will be down below, so pls do check it out. The oils I use are freshly milled coconut oil and desi ghee. Since I currently live in Kerala, it is easier for me to get good quality coconut oil however, you can use any unrefined oil locally milled at the place you live in.
