(and I cannot ever thank you enough for gifting us that course - you propelled us onto our journey into learning the Arabic language) ... and I realised it's been quite a while since I've seen your posts in my news feeds ... then up popped your vlog diary trailer on Youtube and now I am at a loss for words ... all that I have to offer is du'aa. You look well, energetic and masha Allah we would not be able to physically see that you are not well. A tip with good intentions - Something which may help to have access to records may be a system called patientknowsbest. Please google it and speak to Gp for access. It is a way where you can access all NHS results bloods, scans, reports, appointment letters etc. as soon as it is essentially reported from lab, or typed up by consultants. ... 1

You can see this from your own experience and we can all see it in your appearance. Don't let so-called alternative therapists fleece you. Please listen to the oncologist. By all means, consult your family and pray istikhara but don't delay.
