EGGNOG BREAD PUDDING RECIPE
Yield: Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
4 cups eggnog
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
6-7 cups day old challah bread, cubed (one loaf)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk to combine the eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sugar. Toss with the challah, then let sit for 30 minutes to soak.
Place the bread pudding into individual dishes or one 8x8 pan, then bake for about 40 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
