For a full body workout continue your workout with the core strengthening video! Be sure to breathe through the exercises and keep your knees aligned with your toes. Weight is back in your booty but DO NOT lift your toes off the ground as this keeps the Booty engaged! Squatting is necessary during our whole life. Every time you sit, you squat. Squatting helps keep our muscles strong and helps with our balance.
