How to use the headlock in BJJ part 6: The Reverse Butterfly Sweep. Next I will show how you can use your hooks to your advantage for recovering your guard, setting up sweeps and entering for leg locks. I will go over two different ways you can hook your leg; the over- and the underhook. The underhook leads to the Reverse Butterfly Sweep or guard recovery if the opponent defends. The overhook can be used as an entry for leg locks or guard recovery as well. The game can be played the same as in the previous parts. The hook mostly gives you more control and attack options once the opponent is unbalanced.
