Local angry man and woman block traffic // ROAD RAGE

Two immature adults blocked the bridge and neither one of them would move until the woman finally backed out. When i tried to get the guy to move back as it was safer for him to reverse out than the woman as it was on bend, all he could say was that he is local and refused to move. Both drivers were pretty much on the hump of the bridge so it's hard to say who had right of way. But i wont be trying to help out a situation like that again haha.
