Mango lassi cheesecake a no-bake cheesecake. Inspired by lassi, the traditional Pakistani/Indian yogurt drink. If you love mango lassi then you definitely need to make this cheesecake! Perfect for the hot weather, super easy to make as they are no-bake cheesecakes. Just need to pop them in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours to set. Wait for 10 to15 minutes before serving them so that the texture is super rich and creamy (not so frozen). These cheesecakes are creamy and have no gelatin so don't leave them out at room temperature for long!
