    @Imriss14 years ago He' s dead on about the stiffness and instability. You don' t usually need stretching but proper balance strength training. I see this regularly on my patients as a neurosurgeon who is very interested in pt. 4

    @danperry61573 years ago I' ve actually stopped lifting traditional weights entirely. I just ruck with 120 lbs for 2 hours a day and use tension bands. Pretty excited for the snow to come. But i' m in pain daily lol.
