Vegetable Handvo is a complete dish in itself and contains all the nutrients your body requires viz. carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, mineral and fat. It serves as an excellent breakfast recipe but you can also have it as a snack. Its crispy outer layer and soft inside gives a perfect balance and yummy taste to this dish. Curd is also one of the ingredients of this dish but I have not added it as I am making vegan Handvo.
