I was thinking the patient should wear it also when inside the id="hidden5" room, like when anyone is attending to his needs, he should wear it to protect himself from that person?. ...Expand 1

Its id="hidden9" just sayscare of the client" these words throw me off bc i wouldn' t have chosen d. Just because to me that sounds like you aren' t letting them watch tv at all.
