Chickpeas Water - 1cup
Big Onion - 1
Big Tomato - 1
Piece of Ginger
Garlic Paste - as required
Chilly Powder - as per taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1tsp
Methi Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt To Taste
Kasuri Methi - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 2 tbsp
