Paneer is the most common type of cheese used in traditional cuisines from a India . The use of paneer is more common in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan. It is sometimes wrapped in dough and deep-fried or served with either spinach palak paneer or peas mattar paneer
Ingredients
■ 200 grms Paneer / Cottage cheese
■ 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
■ 2 medium sized chopped onions
■ 250 grms matar / peas
■ Fresh coriander
■ 2 Tbsp oil
■ 4-5 Garlic cloves
■ 2 pieces of Ginger
■ 3-4 Green Chillies
■ salt
■ Garam masala powder
■ Red Chilli Powder
■ Turmeric powder
■ Cumin seeds
■ Kasuri methi
