( IUI in Hindi | Intrauterine insemination | IUI Treatment Procedure) इस विषय पे विस्तार में जानकारी देने वाले है| IUI का full form होता है Intrauterine insemination मतलब गर्भाशय के अंदर sperms को process करके डालना। What are the conditions for IUI? -IUI यह बात काफी महत्वपूर्ण है की महिलाओ की fallopian tubes नार्मल और खुली रेहनी चाहिए क्योकि ovary मेसे जो egg निकलता है वह fallopian tube के अंदर जाता है और fallopian tube ही egg को धकेलता है uterus की तरफ। अगर fallopian tube में block हो तो egg गर्भाशय की तरफ जा नहीं पायेगा जिसके कारन sperm और egg का union नहीं होगा। -IUI में दूसरी महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है की महिलाओ का AMH value 1.5 से ऊपर रहना चाहिए , इसका मतलब यह होता है की egg का quatity और quality अच्छा होता है। - IUI उन लोगो में किया जाता है जिसमे male को borderline oligospermia होता है। इसमें सामन्यतः 12-15 million sperm count होना चाहिए साथ ही साथ sperm motility अच्छी होनी चाहिए। अगर motility अच्छी ना हो तो आप IUI नहीं कर सकते। IUI होता कैसे है ? (Procedure of IUI) शुरवात में male partner को एक container दिया जाता है जिसमे उनको sperm sample देना होता है , इस sample में sperm के अलावा काफी सारे impurities रहते है , इन impurities को सबसे पहले साफ़ करना होता है। पूरी processing के बाद 0.4 - 1 ml sample मिलता है जिसे IUI catheter में लेके uterus के अंदर डाला जाता है। यह पूरा process काफी slowly 5 से 10 मीन के interval में किया जाता है। IUI यह painless procedure है। इस procedure के बाद आप अपने नार्मल रूटीन में लग सकते है bed rest की कोई जरुरत नहीं होती है। IUI Success rate / attempt 12-15% होता है। IUI क्यों करना चाहिए ? (Who should go for iui) जब कभी भी male partner के sperm count में थोड़ा बोहोत problem होता है तब IUI किया जाता है। सामान्यतः जब couple संबंध रखते है तब sperm vagina में deposit होते है। उसमेसे cervix में 90% sperm destroy हो जाते है। तो मनके चलिए की किसीका sperm count 30 million है तो उसमेसे सिर्फ 10% यनेके 3 million स्पर्म uterus के अंदर चले जायेंगे और uterus के अंदर 1.2- 2 miilion sperms पोहोचना बोहोत ही जरुरी होता है naturally pregnancy केलिए। IUI करने केलिए जिसका sperm count 12-15 million रहता है तो uterus के अंदर 0.5 million ही sperm जायेंगे जिससे naturally pregnancy रहना मुश्किल है। ऐसे में ऐसे patients में IUI किया जाता है। IUI का Procedure 4-6 बार ही कर सकते है अगर फिर भी आपका procedure fail हो रहा है तो आपको IVF या ICSI करना चाहिए। For more information, watch the full video.
