    at first when i started it was very difficult as it needed to much translation and for listening i began with watching a movie every day with using earphones, so i could hear the words clearly. It improved my listening quickly, also my speaking was improved after a while. ...Expand

But i don' t use low intensity listening means i don' t listen to videos while i use high intensity reading by reading news every day. I use low intensity reading by commenting on news article. On bbc id="hidden19" news. I do this in order to learn new words/phrases and learn how to use them in daily life. I think that when we learn english on the same channel as well as topic, we will catch the previous vocabulary with ease and regularly. It' s a convenient way to review our vocabulary. ...Expand 1

I' m a secondary student, so i have to work with a lot of academic texts, academic journals or material in english for my compositions, essays or group assignments, and that requires deep understanding in terms of language and content, and so i can get the information that i need and improving my english at the same time. But on the other hand, i also read articles or novels in english at a daily basis, and that is low-intensity practice. ...Expand 2
